This project is designed as an industrial steel workshop with a clear separation between production and administrative functions. The main hall allows trucks to enter directly for efficient loading and unloading operations. An attached auxiliary building accommodates office spaces and a welcoming reception area, while a small fitness area is located at the rear and accessed independently from the back.
